Leaders of Tomorrow is an initiative by ICS to equip the youth with necessary skills required to make a change in the world we live in.

We offer 1 course with 3 unique workshops! The course spans over 3 days, 1 day for each workshop. All workshops are taught by our experienced mentors.
Workshops:
Awareness. Confidence. Change
In today's rapidly growing world, information is increasingly abundant. We strongly believe that it is important for the youth to be able to understand this information, voice their opinions, and make decisions using their critical thinking skills.

The first step to everything is awareness. Awareness is about knowing the information and even empathising with it. The second step, confidence, is imperative to anything and everything. Confidence can go a long way when it comes to leadership or even applying for a new job. And lastly, change is (as we all know) the only constant. Our world is constantly changing and evolving, and for us to evolve with it, we have to be able to take a step forward and make those changes.

Our workshops are geared towards providing students with the necessary skills required to become aware, confident, and be the change.

1 Unique Experience
Day 1
Public Speaking
Public speaking, simply put is a skill that one has to learn and practice. Public speaking means effectively addressing an audience; whether it is a small group of people or a large crowd, your ability to communicate an idea to the audience with clarity is what matters. And this workshop will teach you exactly that.
In the workshop we will discuss various techniques to become a better public speaker and even do some interesting activities. You will leave the course with new, profound sense of confidence in your speaking.
Day 2
Personality Development & Critical Thinking
Critical thinking is a very valuable skill to have, and we are here to teach it to you! Critical thinking is about being an active learner and using your ability to reason. In this workshop, you will learn the importance of information and how to judge its correctness and not just accept it at its face value.
In this workshop we will develop methods to evaluate information and understand it to its core. By the end of this workshop, you will have become a better critical thinker and enhanced your personality through the activities we offer during the course of the workshop.
Day 3
Research & Negotiation
This workshop equips you with the skills to close deals that might otherwise be deadlocked, maximise value in the agreements you reach, and resolve differences before they escalate into costly conflicts. Unlike many negotiation workshops, we will develop a framework for analysing and shaping negotiations.
This framework will allow you to make principled arguments that persuade others. It will allow you to see beneath the surface of apparent conflicts to uncover the underlying interests. You will leave the course better able to predict, interpret, and shape the behaviour of those you face in competitive situations.

Our 3 day course consists of 3 workshops, one workshop each day. Each workshop is roughly 1-3 hours long. The date and time for the workshops as well can be chosen on sign up.
